Hexa Core: Awakening
Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Hexa Core: Awakening ("the Game") is developed by Blubalab ("we", "us", "our"). The Game is a single-player puzzle game that works offline. There is no account system, no chat and no way for players to communicate with each other. This policy explains what information is handled, by whom, and why.

Information we collect ourselves

We do not collect, store or receive any personal information ourselves. Your progress (stars, unlocked worlds, coins, upgrades, quest progress and settings) is saved in one file on your own device and is never sent to us or to any server we control.

Permissions the Game requests

The Game does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.

Third-party services

The Game includes the following services. They operate under their own privacy policies and, as described there, may collect data directly from your device.

Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) shows optional rewarded videos and short ads between some levels. To do so it may collect your advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location (derived from your IP address), ad interactions (such as views and taps on ads), and app diagnostics, and uses them for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and security. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
Unity IAP / Google Play Billing processes the optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads, Star packs, booster bundles). Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. Purchase information may be processed by Unity as described in Unity's policy above. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any other analytics, attribution or crash-reporting service. We do not sell your data.

Choices

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game contains no chat, user-generated content or social features.

Deleting your data

We hold no personal data on our side, so there is nothing for us to delete. Your save file is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Game. To ask Unity to delete or export data it holds about your device, use the request process in Unity's privacy policy linked above; you may also write to us and we will help you route the request.

Changes to this policy

If a future update adds a service or changes what is described here, we will update this page and its date.
