These terms apply to Hexa Core: Awakening ("the Game"), made by Blubalab ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the Game on your own devices for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the Game, reverse engineer it, or use cheats or tools that change how it works. The Game, its art, sounds and code belong to Blubalab or are used under licence.
The Game is free to download and play. It offers optional in-app purchases:
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, so please request them there. If a purchase didn't arrive or doesn't work, write to us and we will help.
If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because the purchase is delivered to you straight away, by completing it you agree to immediate delivery and accept that you lose this cancellation right once it has been delivered. This does not affect your rights if the purchase is faulty or not as described.
Stars, Coins, Energy, boosters, upgrades and other items in the Game, whether earned or bought, have no real-world money value. They can't be sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another player, and they are part of the licence to use the Game, not your property. We may rebalance how they are earned or used in updates.
The Game has no accounts and no cloud save. Your progress is saved only on your device, so it is lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or lose the device. That includes Stars and boosters you bought and haven't used yet. We can't restore it. Remove Ads can always be restored through Google Play (see section 2).
The Game shows ads from Unity Ads. Most are rewarded videos you choose to watch for a bonus; short ads may also appear between some levels. We don't control the content of third-party ads. What data the ad provider uses is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian. Parents are responsible for purchases made on their devices and can turn on purchase approval in Google Play.
We may update the Game, add, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
We work hard on the Game, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be free of bugs or work on every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of game progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
